Slice the onion and carrot in circles and put everything into a pot. Chop the venison into cubes and slightly fry them for several minutes on high heat. Add salt and garlic pepper. Put everything into the pot and stew for about one hour. Add cream and the rest of the ingredients, and cook for about 15 minutes. Bon appétit!
