DOBILAS organic yoghurt sour cream (300 g)

Preparation
Clean the pumpkin: wash it, peel the rind, scoop out the seeds and cut into 2 cm pieces.
Peel and chop onions and garlic: cut the onions into large strips and chop each garlic clove into two.
Peel, wash and slice the carrot.
Put all vegetables into a pot, pour with boiling water (just enough to submerge all vegetables).
Heat to boil and then add a cube of broth.
Boil until vegetables are completely soft.
If the water evaporates earlier, add more.
When the vegetables are done, blend them using a blender or a mixer.
Serve with half a spoon of yoghurt sour cream.
